Novotel Leicester, Leicester

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great experiences. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, but unfortunately, I didn't get the best rest due to the reduced cleaning schedule. The service was top-notch, although some minor inconveniences were present. The central location was fantastic, but finding the car park was a bit confusing. Dining was a pleasant experience, marred only by longer waiting times. Overall, the hotel offered good value for the money.
